Harrah’s, despite its numerous shortcomings, offers a single redeeming factor: the ability to gamble recklessly at Borgata. However, the overall experience is marred by overpriced food, drinks, activities, and transportation. The housekeeping is subpar, and the table games are rigged. The slot machines are broken, and there’s restricted access to paid parking and the pool. The mattress covers are stained, and the pit bosses are condescending. The game room floor is off-limits to phone calls, and the burgers are extremely greasy. The WiFi is poor, and the employees are angry. The management is poor overall.

Front desk staff saw my mother with a walker and changed the room to make sure she was near the elevator and could easily get in and out of the shower. Excellent care.
