Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This brand-new 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is just 2.5 blocks from the sand and sea—close enough for daily beach walks, yet tucked away on a quiet street for restful nights. Whether you’re planning a relaxing romantic getaway, a fun girls’ weekend, or a cozy family retreat, this thoughtfully designed space has everything you need to unwind and recharge.  
  
The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with two bedrooms and a pullout couch that can accommodate an additional guest. We provide all bed linens and plush towels, so there’s no need to pack extra.  
  
Start your mornings on the charming front porch with a hot cup of Keurig coffee (hot or iced—your choice), and wind down in the evening with cocktails in hand, listening to the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting interior with comfy beds, a modern rain shower, a heated toilet seat (yes, really!), and a cozy fireplace for cool beach nights.  
  
The fully stocked kitchen is a dream—equipped with a microwave/oven combo, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, and an ice maker to keep your beach drinks chilled. Family meals and girls-night dinners are a breeze here.  
  
To keep things fun and easy, we’ve included a book nook, games for all ages, and thoughtful extras to lighten your packing list. Enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi for logging into all your favorite streaming apps and unwinding with a movie night after a day in the sun.  
  
We’ve thought of the little things, too—an iron and ironing board, a small inflatable pool that fits in the shower for young children, and even a free on-site EV charger for guests traveling electric.
