Renovated in 2023 with brand new furnishings added in 2024, this house is a clean, modern beauty. Its proximity to the beach allows for easy dashes home for bathroom breaks, refreshments, and lunch. Situated in the heart of downtown Margate, you can easily walk to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and even mini golf. Beautiful Margate Home

The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and had everything we could need and more! It is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Sonia was awesome, easy to communicate with and super accommodating! It was a 5-Star home all around! We had a wonderful family vacation.
