The staff was very helpful and kind, special thanks to Yuisa, who checked us in and the woman at the reception who checked us out. The room itself was well kept, we stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The city view was absolutely beautiful and worth the stay alone. Fairly amazing walking past the church just next to the elevators. Overall, very satisfied and would certainly stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with a lovely, modern vibe throughout the property. Our room was immaculate—spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. You can really tell the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, as everything was fresh and meticulously prepared. Everything about our experience was smooth and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Rooms were spacious and well furnished. Very clean and great service. Two toilets and a lovely rain shower. Highly recommend the property!
