"The only reason why i would not give it 5 stars is that they give you 2 pillows and the duvet is not long enough for the bed. Its extremely uncomfortable for tall people. But overall extremely nice"

"My room views was spectacular. Bed was very comfy and ameties were great. I was on the 28th floor and could see the Osaka skylines. Although it is a bit far of a travel and a long walk like 15 mins to the train station( super crowded and confusing) going to Dotunburi (takes like 35 mins approx.) the main Osaka attractions esp Dotonburi, I still liked the area. I had to take a taxi to get the airport likousine to the New hankyu Hotel because it's just way too far to walk."

"Rail station across the street, and its an end point so its empty when you get on. Convenience stores are close and staff are helpful."

"Excellent location, not the quietest as very near train tracks but it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Sad to know it’s closing down because i definitely would stay there again if I ever return to Japan. "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago. "

"I originally booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios. The property is conveniently located right outside the train station and is a few min walk to the studio gates. The hotel was very clean & staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread. It's not a themed hotel, but will definitely recommend to those looking for a hotel with great value & convenient location. "

"This was our favorite hotel of our trip to Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and respectful. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything you would need. Our only gripe is that it can be a bit difficult to navigate to the hotel from Osaka/Umeda Station. There is not above ground crosswalk to reach the hotel, so you have to stay underground in the subway and try to navigate across the street. We made it work in the end, but it...

"We loved our hotel location. It was close walking distance to many small eating and drinking establishments. Our room was clean and small (which is understandable). Staff was very helpful especially when we needed to have our bags transported to our next hotel. "

"Wonderful little hotel, everything you need and very clean. Free coffee, drinks and ice cream until late and a nice simple baked breads some cereal selections for breakfast. Overall very convenient Namba station is approx 15min walk and area around is very safe, plenty to see and do. "
