« This was a great stay. Really appreciated the host welcoming onsite. It has a great view and they provide what is needed for the stay. I got all the toiletries I needed Also location is great at the heart of Cancun. Only issue I had was small that the water tank for the toilet takes long to fill up. Also since its a party scene I heard neighbors being a bit loud around 4am The lobby where you pick up the keys could use a little upgrade »

« Notre étape préférée! Petit hôtel, parfaitement, charmant, parfaitement entretenu. Nous avons été reçu par un monsieur vraiment très sympathique et serviable qui s’occupe du site. Restauration original et de grande qualité. Les dames sont très sympathiques aussi. La chambre est parfaitement entretenue. Les matériaux sont nobles. Mon fils était ravi, il y avait même une console de jeux, la piscine est très agréable, nous avons tout aimé »

« the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up. »

« Clean room , globally nice hotel . Bedding and cushion are hard . Very remote location in Tulum , taxi is expensive and coming with your card is at your own risk ( soil road with lot of holes and no light in the jungle). Be advised you will have power outage that will stay all night long and the hotel will denied any responsibility so no gesture or reimbursement when you don’t sleep all night ( loud generator noise and no AC or WiFi/light). Poor customer service . Small breakfast buffet that...
