Beautiful property just like the reviews and Instagram reviews. Our stay was too short but exceeded expectations, we had an amazing time. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous and speak English is a plus! We were there for one night but we will definitely book this hotel again!

The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order).

Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future.

The view was spectacular and the suite was very large. However, despite booking for 5 people, there were only two beds. Yep of my children slept on bed rolls. I know things are a little different in Korea but it’s important to know for international travellers. Additionally, all electronic controls (heat/cool/lights etc) are in Korean so tricky to navigate. Location was perfect and views were obviously stunning.

"Excellent location as it is away from main area….. it gives you a feel of living in an apartment in Busan. With water and bridge view, a quiet and relaxing vibe to come back after a day of visiting Busan. Busan transportation is super easy, taxi / uber $ is v reasonable. I recommend this place"
