"The parking is extremely tight and limited in space. There is two way driving down and up on the parking ramps…dangerous when it’s a narrow trail!"

"I appreciated the personnel and helpfulness of the staff when checking in/arranging a shuttle ride. Also appreciated that there is a gluten free dedicated restaurant on site, with options of room service, dine in, or pick up. My only complaints would be that there was no way to turn down the wall air conditioner below 70 degrees and the bed was rather hard. The parking lot is not handicap accessible- had to park up a hill behind the building and walk down with my cane and luggage in tow on the driveway. One could be dropped off at the front door but no valet parking so solo travelers such as myself would be out of luck. The other parking lot was across a busy road. Still, since they are close to Mayo, and that they have floors dedicated to patrons with pets, I would stay there again. "
