« The place looks sketchy on the outside and the interior could use some work. Also towels/soap/etc should be somewhat provided or at least try to have a couple just in case to accommodate people that dont have those items readily available. Staff was amazing Ahmed helped me get situated when no one else was answering so I really appreciate him helping me get set up cuz it was kinda confusing getting in the rooms/home. »

« I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....
