"Sweet comfortable quiet garage level apt in good location. Many local restaurants nearby. Efficiency kitchen. Howard who lives upstairs, is a lovely, accommodating host. Parking is moderately challenging if the driveway is blocked which, during our stay, was the case. "

"We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the house boat. "

As expected in any major city, there was some occasional street noise which would have been the case anywhere (even high rise hotels). The decor had an artistic, gallery-like atmosphere. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond by offering great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and effortless."
