"From checking in to checking out, the staff was amazing. The receptionists and bar attendants (chef kiss) awesome. Helpful. Friendly. Just all around amazing and what you want in a hotel. I will be back and staying at more CitizenM hotels. "

"It was palatial and beautiful, rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, view of the river and city from the 17th floor room was tremendous, service was first class, parking was free, room safe for valuables, friendly staff, free shuttle boat to downtown. What I didn't like: most restaurants were too pricy, had to go through the casino to get food at Nick's, Shake Shack, Dunkin, didn't use the refrig snacks or counter snacks due to pricing. All in all, a first class, top notch experience."

"Wonderful and updated hostel. Loved the bunks- they had privacy screens, fans, lights, plugs, and USB-C and -A ports. Bathrooms and other shared spaces were nice. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the pillows were a bit flat. Overall great place!"
