"We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions."

"Talk about space, cleanliness and location. This property has it all. Only 10 to 15 minutes from the parks. This home is huge, able to host a large family. My entire family was very happy with the home specially the fact that each room had its own full bathroom. The theater room is awesome and the garage is full of entertainment. "The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind."
