The person at the front was so rude!(sabena) she told me the price and I said yes and she was like “ you didn’t say anything “… she put me in a room that smelled like weed! There was no remote for the TV in the room. I’ve stayed at Sonesta before… this is not the standard!!!"

"Terrible experience, rude staff tried to accuse me of not paying my pet fee. They had to change my room because the room they put me in originally was disgusting. The air conditioner had dust buildup on it. The granite top in the kitchen was cracked. There was mold and mildew all over the bathtub. They moved me rooms and then I informed them that the room that they moved me into that the refrigerator was not working properly, and I have special medication that needs to be refrigerated. They did not care to take care of the problem they told me it was my fault that they had to switch my room the first time. Started talking crap about how I left the room and the condition it was in when I had video evidence and photos to how I left the room. They told me it was my job to sweep and clean the hotel room. "
