"They upgraded our room, which was nice because we had a living room, dining room and full kitchen. In terms of cleanliness it was ok, not great. The AC would work on and off, so that was a problem. To find our room we had to go to so many doors (some of them broken). The location is nice because you’re very close to the beach, they provide towels and 2 beach chairs per day (you have to pay $20/day to get an umbrella). The bar drinks are overpriced for the serving (like the vast majority of the prices in the area). Also, it is a bit disappointing that the pool closes at 8pm. Overall, it is an ok hotel. It gets the job done."

"The pool outside was very nice and big. The staff were all very nice. The food choices were limited and the tips were added in automatically and we didn’t know it the first time. No one pointed it out and that was disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned a couple times and we had no clean towels. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 6 at night. We also had a fire alarm at 230 in the morning. Someone was vaping apparently. So many of the staff were above and beyond nice and that makes a difference."
