Breakfast was really fantastic- made to order omelette station. Lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had 2 rooms- one had a sliding door between bedroom and bathroom that didn’t close properly. Although it was fixed the next day, it’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t brought to maintenance before our arrival by either previous guests and/or housekeeping. Overall a good stay

Staff was good

It’s near a grocery store and many conveniences.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful re local area dining options etc

It is a very good place to stay. We are in a handicap room on the third floor. The bathroom is large but to get into the shower, you have to step over the side of a bathtub. The bathtub has a retractable seat & adequate hand bars. It is not as handicap friendly as it could be but it is doable using caution.

Clean, Quiet in the room, nice breakfast

Great location, the happy hour drinks and snacks are wonderful. It would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and mid afternoon. Had a problem with getting our rooms cleaned in a timely manner, we left at 9 and at 4 they were still not cleaned. They said because the hotel was full and staffing. That is not my problem I expect it refreshed or cleaned everyday

Beautiful historic property and rooms. Pool area is a nice quiet place to get away, if you want to stay on the Riverwalk this is a top choice.

Very professional and friendly staff. Room was clean and nice.

Everything about the property is excellent. The location is great for the Riverwalk and the amenities are very good. We are the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. I would say that at busier times the elevators can be a little slow and crowded but these are very minor points.
