7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City's beautiful East Bay this has just been completely remodeled. Condo is right on the water! Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of private sandy beach frontage or rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle board. This studio style condo is an end unit with gorgeous views of the bay. This condo has an amazing shower with rain head and 3 body sprays! Unfortunately you do not have access to the Beach Club pool and chairs.i can provide beach chairs and towels ipon request.
