Quick stay for a dog show…one night. Hotel was clean, staff friendly…and the potty area for the dogs was spacious with waste bags provided and very clean. I’ll be back!

We came for the Octoberfest and this property offered shuttles to the fest. It was perfect. The room was convenient and clean. Breakfast was provided and the staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back! * we've stayed at other America's Best on Buffalo for the Dingus Day event and they offered shuttle packages also. I will always check if there is one available for festival events.

This hotel gave us a very enjoyable stay. The rate was reasonable and the accommodations were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as well as the lobby and breakfast areas. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the suite room with 2 queen bed as there are fridge, microwave, separate kitchen sink, spacious for my 1yr old to go walk around. The room is clean but outdated, I am not sure how clean is the carpet?. Essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and tissue are provided We stayed for 4 nights and celebrated my daughter’s first birthday in Frankenmuth. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The downside is the breakfast, there’s only a few choices and there’s no eggs or any omelet, only a few pancakes, cereals, fruits, bread and muffin. I guess just to break the fast. Overall the stay is good but the amenities and building need some updates.
