"A business trip, so didn’t actually as much time in the hotel as I’d have liked in order to explore it. But the breakfast experience and interactions with the staff were all really good.
Very comfortable room, surprised there were no USB sockets - but that tiny detail aside - very happy.
The parking option is ideal. Located right next to a multi-level car park, once you register your car at check-in, the access to come and go is automatic, no faffing around and there’s access from the car park directly to the hotel, so no lugging bags through inclement weather.
The pricing for this hotel is generally above what I pay for work trips, and in this case I’d cashed some point to get a better price. Will be giving it serious consideration next time I’m in Bristol."
"Well appointed, very nice hotel. The pools are a wonderful amenity and massage was therapeutic. Best of all was the staff. Professional, friendly and communicative. They really made us feel welcome."

"It was a 2 night stay to attend a gig at the Beacon and wander around the city visiting some shops I had been to before and visit familiar sites - the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Cabot Tower "
