"The staff were very helpful & friendly . Room was great , super shower , better than any in the UK . Breakfast was fine , no complaints about anything . Would stay there again .Convenient location for Grand CentralTerminal & tourist sites . Also plenty if eating places nearby , we loved looking round the Amish Market & also ate there which was very reasonable ."

"Hotel was cute with a sitting area, fresh coffee and plenty of snacks. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and room service was every day (if you wanted) Would definitely book again "

"Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready. "
