The sheets were stained, room was dirty, and mold was present. I requested a refund from the staff at the front desk and they were unwilling to address the issue, they refused to issue a refund, they were rude and insulting. Due to an event in the area, I was unable to secure another hotel room and forced to sleep in my car. I have contacted the management and have not heard back from them regarding my concerns.
