"Lovely communal campsites close to the action in Ellsworth and Acadia. Well-equipped space for cooking and dishes. Neighborhood is cute and quiet, and we enjoyed hearing the nearby roosters in the morning!"

The Prim Rose Inn is a true gem! It is perfectly situated, making it easy to stroll into the bustle of Bar Harbor, walk across to Bar Island or launch out for the day hiking. What makes it exceptional is the staff. Elle and Anna were so welcoming, provided invaluable info about great hikes, places to eat. Anna was there to greet me each night and we shared great conversations. Breakfast was delicious and arriving after 4pm to freshly baked treats was great! The kitchen staff were so...
