West Seneca Vacation Packages

Comfortable, large, clean room. Breakfast ok. The property is very dated and run down. Needs updating. Also people in room across from me loud until midnight and hall smelled like smoke. A smoke alarm battery went off at night and when I called front desk from my room, the connection was not good and the staff member couldn’t hear me. I had to go downstairs to tell her. It took about an hour for the beeping to stop. The next morning she said she had just taken it off the wall?! There are 2 other hotels in the immediate vicinity right near UB North campus. I’d stay at one of those instead.

Location was a little out of the way, so nice if you want quiet. Good distance to easily get to the falls and Canadian border. The property could use some updating but it was clean and staff was friendly.

The Pros: Staff We had a standard king room - it was a really good size and had a fireplace. Location Breakfast Wifi The Cons: Chairs should be provided in the rooms Parking is very limited Rooms need updating No room in shower for my shampoo and soap - I know it's provided, but I prefer my own chemical free items. Windows need a really good deep clean. Floors are very squeaky

Close to highway but the property is very quiet

The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. They had oatmeal some fruit muffins choices of juices coffee. It was fine. Our room was clean enough towels, stuff like that. There was a lot of shopping nearby and that’s why I usually stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would say is the third floor elevator area from when I checked in on a Thursday till I checked out on a Saturday the floor had never been clean. It was covered in what look like coffee everywhere. And for one full day, there was some towels in the hallway that I’m sure a hotel guest through there.
