"We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that."

"The condo was exactly as described. Large wrap around covered deck overlooking a small lake. The lake has a walking path for owners/guests. There is a small fishing platform however we didnt use it. Location was very quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend this vacation rental!"

"We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again."

"This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return."

We really didn’t need to pick up anything except extra coffee (just a note there was no washcloth or dish towel that we could find, I’m sure there usually is one).
