There was plenty of hot water for showers, even if you had the washer running. The location is amazing - just a block away from a terrific coffee shop and a few blocks away from lots of great restaurants. The downtown art gallery area is easily walkable as well. The AC didn’t blow cold in the living room, but the rest of the apartment was comfortable. I needed help getting in and the property manager responded quickly to assist me. I would stay here again, walking distance to Valley Ho was what I needed, and I was surprised by the market nearby, very convenient.
