« Dans un cadre enchanteur au dessus d'un lac, Kazue et Sam ont été d'une hospitalité incroyable. Très avenants et respectueux, ils ont su me faire sentir à l'aise. La chambre était très confortable, propre et moderne et à côté d'une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner fut différent tous les jours et préparé par Sam. Plusieurs stationnements sont disponibles sur la propriété. À mi-chemin de l'aéroport et d'Halifax. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. »

« Jeff was quick to answer the VRBO app. Issue with getting initially but quickly resolved. The apt is listed for up to 6 people, but the 3rd bed is a blowup mattress, a bit misleading if one was assuming it was a fold out bed. The couch was not great for such a great central room if you wanted to lounge around and watch TV, but overall the location was great, apt was as listed, clean and nice with great view (not of the water though). I would stay again with family. The 'weight room' was a...

« Everything was well explained from check in to check out. They checked in to ensure all was well. It is beautifully laid out and close to all the down town tourism stuff. We made use of the outdoor patio nightly. Had some local beer from the business next door. Even saw a fireworks show from the patio! Would definitely book again. »

"Mon 3e séjour au Barrington. Le côté vieillot de l’hôtel est largement compensé par sa situation idéale, les dimensions des chambres et la gentillesse de son personnel. Nous sommes arrivés à 4 h du matin pour cause de vols retardés et avons été très bien accueillis par le réceptionniste. Je conseille vivement."

"La chambre est rénovée et impeccable, vraiment un 10/10\. L’hôtel est très beau. Cependant, le gros problème est qu’au moment de la réservation, il n’y avait aucune indication que l’hôtel était en rénovation. Le gym était fermé, la piscine aussi, et il n’y avait aucun restaurant ouvert. Le déjeuner continental annoncé comme gratuit n’était pas disponible ; j’ai dû payer 50 $ pour le petit-déjeuner. Dans ces conditions, j’aurais pu réserver un hôtel voisin de qualité comparable, avec piscine ouverte et déjeuner inclus. L’essentiel est d’avertir les clients à l’avance. C’est pour cette raison que j’attribue 3 étoiles, malgré la qualité de la chambre."
