"Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters Definitely need to work on helping customers "

"I had to search several floors for ice buckets as the stuff lockers on 2 different floors had none. When I did find some the plastic bags were missing. Then I had to get back in the elevator as there are only ice machines on 2 specific floors. I didn’t expect getting ice could be so difficult."

"You have to oark a block away from the hotel The hotel requires a deposit that can only be paid with a credit card. No debit or virtual visa. The room was very expensive and very outdated. The furniture is old and the finish was coming off. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Not a good experience and I will not be back. I booked the room in December for $235/night but when I got there to pay for my reservation the price had gone up to $339/night."
