Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."
