"We had a wonderful trip to Waterton Park .. The staff and the room were fantastic .. we are planning are next trip back there already ."

"Be Careful Booking through Expedia! We booked a Standard Double Room with 2Q beds, mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived we were told Expedia changed our reservation to a pet friendly room which was not what I booked due to allergies. Thankfully the nice staff changed our room to one on the 3rd floor facing Harebell Rd and overlooking the cabins. Room was very clean with laminate wood flooring, however 2 Queen beds were much too soft for us and sunken in middle. Bathroom was a bit tight but had bath/shower and toilet, all new. Outside the bathroom was a large 5 ft granite countertop with a good size sink, microwave, coffee maker set up and below the counter was a cupboard with extra towels, 3 drawers and a minifridge with a small freezer section. Window above sink area was opaque but did not have a blackout curtain like the front window near beds. Our room had nice mountain view and an AC/heater unit below the window. There was a gas BBQ area and picnic tables. I would definitely return but make sure Expedia doesn't change my room or book direct with Inn. Note: some rooms still have carpet and a microwave on top of the minifridge."

"I had booked to rooms. Room 1 the key card did not work and had to have front desk rekey 3 times until they decided it required maintenance to replace batteries 40 minutes later got into room. room did work upon arrival but when we returned from supper door would not open staff tried for 45 minutes and door opened once. they now had no maintenance on staff and they were moved to a upgraded room. in the morning I spoke the manager and his first response was you booked thru Expedia so he could not make a refund. I wasn't interested in a refund as the rooms were nice a the staff was trying there best. but to not have a maintenance person on staff after four pm is not good. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet. Location is quite industrial so with a pet walking was not great but otherwise a great stay for my needs"

"Loved the location. Easy walk to the lake and shops. We understand that the area was just barely opening up. It would have been helpful to know that our room was on the ground level. It was a cute place. Loved the fireplace in the room. The restaurant in the main building was pretty good."
