We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age.
The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something.
We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout.
There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

This beautiful park is a must-see. The hike up to Lower Bertha Falls was amazing and very family friendly!

We were there on an Jan 1-2, when most of the town and attractions are shut down. And it was incredibly windy, so we didn't get out. But it was a great, quiet get-away and the wildness of the area was stunning.
