« Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a nightmare, maybe because I booked with Expedia/AfterPay. There is no front desk. « I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating.
