"Our first room was not ready when we were sent up so we waited in the hallway the room was not vacuumed or very clean, after discovering how noisy the room was we asked to be moved. The next room was dirty there was a bag over the smoke detector and the tv wasn’t working also we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub but couldn’t because there was a reggae band event going on there. Parking was awful we walked over half a mile to the hotel we were going to use valet but the wait was ridiculous."

"Being from out of state, was welcomed and given hospitality as soon as we entered the door. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the price. Breakfast was decent and the coffee strong. However, the remote control did not work so no TV was available for the night, until the morning when staff reprogrammed it cheerfully.. Affordability not luxury was the main reason for the stay, and the outdoor swimming pool as well."

"Everything from the beginning was great, the emails to check in to the staff all throughout the trip. Only delay was one machine that was not working, took a little bit longer than expected to find someone to help, but all in all a great stay! Oh yeah didn’t win anything but you can’t be that lucky lol"

"We had a nice stay and had everything we needed, except for maybe a microwave in the room. That would be a nice amenity to have, simply to warm up leftovers that we take back to our room from the restaurants. The main building has dated rooms, but they were clean. If we return, we would like to stay in sky tower to see if the rooms are more updated/modern. The arcade is fantastic and was a great way to keep our kiddos entertained!! We had a great time in Reno and the staff at circus circus were very friendly and accommodating."
