"My drive was delayed so I didn't arrive until almost 11 pm. I got to my room; there was trash all over the coffee area and the bed wasn't made. I went back downstairs with my luggage and they gave me a different room. I booked the room at least a day in advance and I arrived late; I cannot imagine why the room was not ready. I woke up in pitch dark to a siren blaring. As it continued to blare, getting louder and louder, I realized it was an alarm clock. I thought it was my phone alarm, which I had set, but I did not understand why it was pitch dark since I had set my own alarm for 7:30. I got up and found it was the alarm clock in the room going off at 6 am. I didn't know how to shut it off vs. snooze it so I followed the cord till I found the plug and yanked it out of the wall."

"We got in late and left early but room was clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast menu was good parking was easy staff that we dealt with were nice"

"Room was nice and clean, location convenient as well. Would definitely consider staying here in the future next time I’m in town."

"Rooms were a little small, no carpet on floor so walked on bare floor. Floors were a little dirty. Nevertheless hotel staff were very accommodating and helped with extending my stay for one more night while I was attending to my mom at hospital."

"There were no firm pillows. There were plenty of soft pillows but I would have liked at least one firm pillowcase. Otherwise the place is good for the price however there are no microwaves in the rooms or coffee pots but you can get coffee in the lobby. The breakfast is Continental and only cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, etc. No scrambled eggs or bacon or warm breakfast which doesn't bother me because I don't really eat breakfast. But there are hard boiled eggs for protein and honestly I don't really want to eat scrambled eggs or bacon. My husband is the breakfast eater. I just need coffee "

"Mind was a weeknight stay between cities for my trip and at that time this hotel felt more like a contractors crew housing with the work trucks in the small parking lot. The check in staff was friendly. I was immediately aware of the aging lobby area and hallways to the rooms. Room had all that you would need but felt old and worn. There was a small gap between window frame and wall that was open to outside air and traffic noise. Some mold on shower curtain. A good remodel would make a difference. Next time I’ll go a few more minutes to a newer Quality Inn in Bristol, VA. "
