"Could not have had a more perfect and amazing stay! After backpacking 20 miles on the AT, this cabin was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, with more amenities than we knew what to do with! Haha. The location is absolutely perfect, being so close to the Creeper Trail/Damascus, while also a very short distance from Abington. The hosts were both so friendly and made the check-in/check-out process so simple. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin for your getaway!"

"Friendly goats to feed, happily behind the fence. Close to the track , secluded feel. I wish we had more time we would have used the fire pit in the backyard . Easy to enter easy to communicate with the host. One of my favorite things was the guest book. Would definitely recommend and return. "

"This place is awesome !!! Me and my girlfriend just spent 5 day on the river and we didnt want to go home. The host Roy greeted us and was ultra helpful, he also takes care of the property which was fully equipped with everything, spare towels, napkins, coffee, TP...... He reached out to help but also left us alone (HUGE). We went to Blue Hole waterfall-freezing but you have to go in, the Wilbur Dam-very cool, Worlds Smallest Tunnel in Shady Valley-silly fun, the Cherokee Natl Forest- breath...

"This property looks brand new. It was extraordinarily clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need - including firewood and fishing rods! We had four adults in our party and the place was very comfortable. One thing to note, the bed in the primary bedroom is VERY tall and may be a challenge for anyone with a physical disability. That said, there are two twin beds in the other bedroom that are normal height."

"My wife, our chihuahua and I enjoyed exactly what we got here. A very private feeling location, quiet in a comfortable very clean cabin. A mountain view off the deck & from inside. Enough outdoor space to take out the dog. Excellent communication from owner. Good directions were provided. It is very isolated so neither phone provider (AT&T & Verizon) worked except by wifi calling. We used the provided directions but found that got excellent accurate directions using Waze on my phone. "My wife and I stayed at this cabin in 2021 and decided to go back in 2024. My Wife claimed the sun room as before. The set up is good for us. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and all the appliances are in good order. The grill and hot tub were upgraded since our prior visit. We had another excellent experience and would not hesitate to book this property again! The view is great and the privacy is also. Our 2 dogs had a good time also."
