"We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden downtown! Our room was nice, the bed was awesome! If I had one complaint, it would be that the free coffee in the cafe area was only available until 9:00am. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of this hotel was the best!"

"Our recent stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Bell hops, valet staff and front desk staff are were great! Excellent customer service. Our room was very clean and I like the way the housekeeping department called us after check to make sure the room was satisfactory. That was awesome customer service. Great Job Hyatt."

"Loved the ambience around the hotel. Beautiful building and location was perfect for our needs. Dining room staff were great and the food excellent. We did experience a couple of issues with our room. When the room was cleaned, it was very well done. One day of our 4-day stay, however, our room was not cleaned, no fresh towels, etc. When we questioned this at the main desk, we were given a somewhat confusing answer about evening staff should be coming around. No apology given. It was already late enough that we were ready to call it a day so we just asked for fresh towels. The desk staff was going to give them to us right there but we asked that they be delivered to the room and they were. The next night, we needed ice and I was told there were no ice machines but I could go to the front desk for ice. I did so and the desk staff (manager?) went to the back somewhere and gave me a bag of ice, which wasn’t tied, and that’s how I carried it back to my room. Just didn’t seem right for the boutique hotel atmosphere we had been experiencing. Finally, I do wish the lighting in the room was a bit brighter. Loved the dark hue colors of the room but the lighting was pretty dim. Thanks for letting me share."

"This hotel is great. Always near the stadiums with easy access. Be aware parking is very high cost. Also, just because they post a check in time does not mean you will get your room. Other than that I will stay here again in a pinch."
