Upper Ho’opi’i Falls is a small waterfall along Kapa’a Stream. It’s near the town of Kapa’a on the east side of Kauai. I’ve been to +16 islands, and this has to be the prettiest waterfall I have ever experienced. When I was crossing the top of the falls, I fell, gear and all. Luckily I was able to absorb most the impact of my gear (flat on my back). One foot closer to the edge, and I would have surely slid down the falls to the vicious bottom. "Clean room, front desk staff very nice, grounds are beautiful. Pool is nice but hot tub was always full and small. Heard a lot about the timeshare lady and yes I could see where that could be an issue for people but I believe they have adjusted now and have a very nice lady making the first contact to try and schedule you a timeshare appointment. They offered some vouchers and money but we just refused, took about 15 minutes and they gave us our wristbands which you honestly don’t need anyway. Just stick to your no initially and you will be fine. The place is really nice. "
