"A great place to stay with views over towards the beach and close to most places on the island. Unit was clean and tidy and the resort itself was small, but had everything you needed. The only down-side was that when we received our arrival instructions, there was a note that the pool incurred a $10 charge which I thought should be included in the room cost. I would certainly stay there again when staying in Waiheke. "

"I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but...
