"My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...

"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "It's ok level as a backpacker. I felt it's not so good to meet up other tourists because of their common area. You may be able to meet up them at their loof top bar. But it's a bit expensive than surrounding. And their information was poor. They even didn't know the bus stop to the airport and timetables. But I didn't feel uncomfortable from their facilities."

"Amazing location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake. Everything is just around, very close to the hotel: night market, convenient stores, banks, souvenir shops, restaurants. The hotel is located in the busy street but quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We liked it a lot! We both had a room with balcony, absolutely beautiful and perfect, compared with other hotels in the Old Quarter. The room was so clean and tidy, beautiful decor. They made up the room every day. The laundry service is so cheap. There is a lift in the hotel as well! All staffs were very friendly and helpful, we quite trusted them. Especially big thanks to Ms Jennie, she did a very great job. She and her team made us feel the hotel just like our home. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during the days when we went away, that was absolutely excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi (mainly in this area) and Royal Palace is the best. "

"Nous avons passé deux nuits ici avant et après notre croisière dans la baie d'Ha Long. Le personnel était très attentionné et nous a aidés à réserver des services de taxi, des soins de spa, etc. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon avec un service excellent. "The resort was perfect. The room was spotless and was in in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A lovely balcony with a great view of the sunset too. Everything you could possibly need was provided - tea, coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, etc, etc. Courtesy buses to everywhere were provided free of charge. A superb pool, nice bars and a great beach."

"The best Pain au chocolati ever had, very good service durring breakfast. We were stuck in sapa so we checked in next day. Nothing offered for the day we lost, but i guess it is not their fault. Very good location in front of the beach. Only thing we had is minor noise coming from below if you want to sleep early around 9.00 you may find it hard. If you are tired you will definetly flgo to sleep. If we come back to Da nang we will definetly come back to this hotel."
