The space

The Garden Suite is a LEGAL 900+ sq. feet, private, 2 bedroom, one bathroom home. Clean, bright, and relaxing.

The living/dining/kitchen area is open concept with a full kitchen, cozy sitting area with a pullout sofa, 50" smart tv with cable, Netflix and Disney+, and an electric fireplace.

The house is fully equipped with soaps, towels, linens, toilet paper, dishes, utensils and more. We also provide Keurig coffee, Bodum pour over coffee, loose leaf and bagged tea, hot chocolate, snacks, Brita water and toiletries that you may have forgotten to pack. A variety of games are available to have a fun family game night. Yard games available to play in the big backyard.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of pillows. Dressers, closets and nightstands equip each room. The 3rd bed is a single pull out in the living room loveseat. We can also provide a single thick foam mattress (best for children) if requested 24 hours before.

Washer and dryer are located in the hallway (tucked away) and detergent is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave. Our dining table sits in front of the three large windows to give you lots of light, sits 4, has an extending leaf inside and an extra chair is available.

The small back deck has seating for two - enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Grab a beach towel and head outside to the soft hot tub. Pull down the privacy shade or enjoy the sunshine and stars. Kids can run and play in the large back yard.

You may see our cat Marty in the back yard - he loves a gentle pet but can be a bit frisky too. Please don't let him in the suite no matter how cute and persuasive he is.

Guest Access

Guest suite is yours to enjoy with it's own parking spot, private entrance, private soft tub, and private patio. The back yard is also just for guests, but if you are staying more than a few days, the owners may be back there to landscape and maintain the gardens. A custom door code is created for each visit and provided in advance so you can check-in and out on your own schedule, whenever it is convenient for you!

Please note that we are a family of 4 upstairs (2 teens) with a dog and cat and we do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but you may hear us or the dog barking from time to time.

Our family has lived in Victoria for over 17 years and we know many of the best ocean beaches, lakes, hiking trails, restaurants and places to shop. We will include a book in the suite with local gems that you may want to explore and are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
