"We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Canyon Road casita. It was clean. The host/rep contacted us before, during and after our stay. We knew we could reach them if we needed to. Parking was tight but we were given instructions that worked out well. It sure was nice to find coffee ready to make when we arrived. We saw more of Canyon Road than we ever had before and walking each morning and evening really gave us the flavor of Santa Fe. There was a little table and chairs by the front door and would be a nice spot for sipping coffee when the days get warmer. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The woodwork made it very cozy and there is quite a library to enjoy in this quiet and comfortable casita."

"Check in was easy. Happy hour was nice touch. Made to order breakfast was really good. Overall nice place to stay!"

"I was upgraded to hacienda room with fireplace. It was roomy and nice, plus a welcoming gift of fruits and cookies."

"The bathroom door doesn't close or lock in the hotel room. It has a sliding barn door that leaves gaps on all sides. If you are in the restroom doing your business on the toilet, then everyone else in the hotel room can see and hear everything that you're doing in there. Very awkward and uncomfortable unless you're staying alone."

"Staff was very helpful, everything went smoothly. There was an additional daily charge that didn't show up until you checked in/out, $35/day. It covered parking your vehicle whether you used it or not. A "hotel" charge."

"Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The staff was communicative before we even arrived. To the delight of our 4 travelers (girls trip!) They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms! We had beautiful mountain views, thoughtful amenities, (robes were so great that we bought them!). The valet team was AMAZINGLY friendly and kind, best of any hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled the world. Front desk team was patient and helpful. The restaurant was lovely. Property is beautiful and cozy. Location is frankly perfect. I return to Santa Fe regularly and usually stay at La Fonda which is also lovely, however I have a new favorite due to the overall personal attention and value. The pool area is gorgeous as well. Walkable to everything. We loved the 4th floor Sunset Terrace area too! Beautiful sunset spot. Loved this hotel and will be back soon!"
