We stay here at least twice a year when we drive from Chiapas to Canada and back. Or any time we are passing through the area. The hotel is extremely clean the service is amazing. The staff is very good. There is secure parking. The fact that it is pet friendly is the main reason we stayed in the first place but we keep coming back for all the above reasons. The hotel was ice and clean. The service in general was good, but every time I came back to the hotel in the evening to park my car, the front desk girl made a big fuss when there were clearly lots of parking available. Every day she claimed there was no parking and I had to go to the parking lot to tell her that there was a lot of space! A bothersome every time!
