I used to stay at this hotel when I was younger and I was amazed by the new look of the premises. The waiting for the re-opening was worth it. The new look is modern and sleek, the restaurant not only looks nice but the food was yummy! The staff was friendly and polite, very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Thanks for the A/C! A mini-fridge in the room would've been appreciated. Good location, walking distance from Parque del Castillo and Palacio de Hierro. I would return to this hotel. Nice remodeling!

Stood for an overnight visit. Pleasant hotel newly remodeled. Hotel restaurant was very good. Rooms very clean and I would visit again if ever I return to Orizaba. Great overnight stay! Worth the price!

This is an excellent 4* hotel. But don’t be surprised : at check out they make you wait until they verify the state of the room. Never seen that before. The staff is super polite. The room I had was on the street side but after 20:00 I heard no noise what so ever… the hotel is near all you want to see and do in Orizaba. Many good options for restaurants.
