The staff was amazing.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to find out the building has a very interesting history. I was grateful for the bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrella that were available for use at the beach. I especially loved the ocean view from every area of my room - even the shower! I would definitely look to stay there again on my next trip to Venice.

We loved this hotel! The reception area was great with the 24/7 tea and coffee. It was a great location, we’d come back again in a heartbeat

Stayed at the Kinney for a week and had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent. We took out the bikes and they made 2 of our days a complete blast! The hot tub and common area was enjoyable as well. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Always enjoy staying here. The breakfasts are excellent (real fresh tasty food and an abundance of it), the ability to borrow bikes,

The Hotel is as close to the beach as you will get in the area. The roof top was a perfect place to meditate while listening to the waves crash into the beach in the early hours of the morning. Though there was a great amount of activity around the Hotel, it was easy to shut out the noise when peace and quiet was desired.

Let's keep it simple. I just arrived back from a 6 night stay from Venice Breeze Suites and I am completely amazed! The owners/management and staff were nothing but pleasant and wonderful. The location was perfect walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier and the beach was literally a few foot steps in front of the hotel. The boardwalk had plenty of small eats and shops and I felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The plus side was the facility offered a gated/secured parking structure which put...

I was a little skeptical being solo and this being my first time at a hostel…but I was very surprised. I did book a private room. This place is super clean, safe and comfortable. And to top it all off, just steps from the boardwalk! I would highly recommend and will stay again next time I visit Venice! Thanks Samesun!!

Very helpful staff. We called from downtown LA to arrive past 8pm (when office closes) and they arranged our parking pass to be provided in our room. Parking a few blocks away was not as big a deal as I thought it might be. We just walked boardwalk to Navy St and up. Loved the apartment style units, older building, and the proximity to the Venice Beach boardwalk action. (right on boardwalk). Proximity to Abbott Kinney Blvd was another reason we chose this location and it was perfect for hitting...

Staff was great! Room was clean and had a nice view. Location is unreal. Right on the boardwalk.

We took the multi bedroom for 5 people and it was perfect, the price is ok, and its a good hotel for sleeping.

We stayed just the one night but the staff was helpful and our room was great. Service at the hotel was excellent We went to football game but walked down to beach in the morning prior to the game

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

Great vibe. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely staff, spacious room, most comfortable beds. Rooftop pool is a little small, but quiet and spacious with a bar and food options. Also have “wine time” between 5-7 everyday and free drip coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again :)

We stayed for 2 nights, the rooms look new and big! The staff were okay! The breakfast was good and lots of parking!!

Clean room and excellent service

Everything about tbe establishment is top notch - staff, service, room condition all great. Being DTLA is the unfortunate part but there's always going to be trade-off for the price of stay.
