Unfortunately, our stay was not as good as expected. The room did not seem properly cleaned—we actually found someone’s underwear left on a chair, which was very uncomfortable and made us question whether the room had been cleaned at all. The room lighting was also extremely dim. The bathroom was very tiny, and even the toilet was unusually small and uncomfortable to use. Overall, cleanliness and comfort definitely need improvement.

The stay was too short and that due to poor air quality caused by surrounding wildfires. Not the hotel's fault. Property was old. No A/C in the room. Just a ventilator fan covered by a layer of dirt. No breeze; inside the room was damp. Bathroom was clean with enough towels. Vanities were old like 1990s style. Not impressed by hotel itself. Opinions may be different. Particularly when the weather is more clement, or during the ski time.

Hotel room was very spacious and clean . Pool area was very nice . Lots of parking but it was crowded so had to park and walk a bit . Great location .
