"This hotel was so nice and clean. Asheville seems to have a real problem with homelessness, but this hotel is right off the freeway and we felt safe at that location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"We got this room for the jetted tub. Everything looked good at first. Once I started running the water in the tub I found numerous pubic hairs floating in water. Then I noticed black dots on the walls of the shower/tub. Which came off when I wiped them. So I started the jets and black stuff shot out of the jets. That’s where the black dots came from I guess. So obviously the tub/shower/jets aren’t cleaned very well. Also might want to mop the tile floor in the bathroom water stains everywhere."
