We had to use pots to shower. The remote for TV did not work. The towels were shabby and threadbare. "Disappointed in our stay. Hotel room was a little underwhelming and run-down. We stay at these hotels for their amenities and they simply weren’t good enough this time. Granted, they were very busy but the waits at breakfast were too long and they ran out of several items. Then, the pool was randomly closed down. Our kids were disappointed to say the least. The hotel seemed under-staffed and there was food and garbage on the grounds of the hallways and elevators."
