"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door.
