I had one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, from the excellent customer service to the warm and professional staff. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The property was well maintained, and every detail made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again. There was nothing I didn’t like. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience.

Couple of people made a difference!!! Everything worked out at the end. But if uoubare from US and good AC in the middle of the summer important, pay extra to stay at the lagoon suits. Main building has nice rooms, all different categories and very nice but all have the same bad AC. Lagoon suits are separate standing ans newer. It was perfect. And you get your own restaurants for sit down option or go to main buffet.
