"Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel. "

Gym: cramped, dark, smelly and small. Rudimentary equipped. Pool: under maintenance when arrived, but looked pretty. Room: clean and basic. No balcony, and the windows couldn’t really be opened. "Supernice high end hotel, without being so luxurious you can't be yourself. Ameneties are wonderful, especially the thermal pool. Breakfast was amazing, and staff very friendly. Hope to come back again soon. Prices in restaurant, bar and spa very reasonable and so was room service."

"Room and facility was exactly what was expected and seen in the photos. The pool was great. Unfortunately there was a dog that barked most of the night so we didn’t sleep great but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. Super quick walk to the beach and a short drive into old town. "
