« I checked in and by the look of the place I should’ve ran.. when I got into the room. The AC wasn’t working. I called front desk and they said there was nothing they can do about it. They didn’t have any extra room. I called Expedia and they said they would help me with it. The manager said they would give me a refund. They just needed to hear from Expedia. manager denied refund. Just wanted One day refunded since it was booked for 2 nights so I can go elsewhere, which I did. There was no way...

Tracy was easy to contact and accommodate on a request for an additional fan. Highly recommend for day trips into Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Definitely coming back! »
