I booked a stay for my husband and myself for our wedding anniversary to visit nearby Palo Duro canyon. The host was super friendly and helpful, we were surprised at how comfy and luxurious the boxcar was, I am not sure what I expected, but this blew everything out of the water. It was a fun experience and we are planning a return trip again soon. The dogs were friendly, sweet Allie made my day by hanging out with me on the back patio! Excellent communication with host. Host went out of the way to provide all the extra little details that made our stay comfortable. My daughter and her new husband stayed here, and she said it was a wonderful experience. It was clean and decorated really cute. It was so quiet and peaceful.The bed is extremely comfortable and my husband raved about the shower. Location is close to hiking but less than 30 minutes to Amarillo. So many little extras. Easy access to Palo Duro Canyon and downtown Canyon, TX. Host Becky was terrific and our dog enjoyed the horses and dogs on property.
